Member Spotlight
Meet Lydia
Lydia Durkin George πUK
About Me
I am a MSK physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic health & helping women break down barriers to movement through all life stages.
How did I get into the outdoors?
I am a global traveller, moving around the world with my family, getting outdoors exploring our new local: there is so much to see. I am drawn to proactive movers, my tribe, interested in our world. My physio work helps people to keep doing what they love for as long as they can. That usually involves scrambling around nature and saturating the senses. Wonderful.
Favourite adventure or experience?
Walking on my favourite frozen lake in Lithuania - itβs literally everything your body and mind tell you not to do.
One mindset or bit of kit I always take with me?
Water!
What am I looking for?
To build my community of outdoor movers and shakers.
