The Wild Path #25
From ranger posts to brand roles – this week on The Wild Path
Issue 25 - Week of 12th January 2026
📬This Week on The Wild Path
This week’s issue of The Wild Path reflects the full spread of work that sits behind the outdoor sector. Alongside field and seasonal roles, you’ll find opportunities across parks and estates, operations, communications and outdoor brands – a real reminder that the sector is supported by far more than just what happens in the outdoors.
Alongside the latest roles, our Conversations on The Wild Path series continues this week, exploring the people, pathways and decisions that shape careers across the sector. Together, the aim is to offer not just opportunities, but a clearer picture of how different roles fit together and where you might see yourself next. Lets us know if you want to take part!
As always, you can keep up with us on LinkedIn and explore more on teamwildpath.com.

We explore what it really takes to build a career in the sector, including realistic entry routes, the balance between experience and qualifications, and the human skills that matter most.
