Member Spotlight
Meet Tal
Tal Gurevich 📍London
About me:
I’ve worked across sectors - from healthcare consulting in the US to mental health services in the NHS. Alongside that, I’ve guided American school groups on UK tours and run Dew Adventures, a London-based hiking group that helps people access the outdoors who might not otherwise feel confident heading out alone.
How did you get into the outdoors?
I’ve always loved exploring - inspired early on by stories of my grandparents’ mountain adventures. Nowadays I find any excuse to get outside and try something new. Over time, I’ve become especially interested in how nature supports mental health, and I’ve woven that into both my personal and professional life.
Favourite adventure?
Hiking part of the South West Coast Path - including a spontaneous stop to climb with a group I met in an old quarry!
One mindset or bit of kit you always take outdoors?
Sometimes it’s just about getting out there even when you don’t feel like it. Motivation will come after spending time outside!
What are you looking for?
I'm looking to bring together my background in mental health and my passion for the outdoors to help make nature more accessible for others. That could mean supporting groups through structured outdoor programmes, working with organisations that integrate nature into wellbeing practices, or contributing to community initiatives that promote outdoor access as a form of recovery and resilience.

That’s all for this week!
Whether you’re out on the hill, hauling kit through the summer sun, or planning your next season from the warmth of a bunkhouse - here’s hoping the path ahead feels a little clearer.
We are just getting this rolling, so if you’ve got feedback, thoughts, or job leads - we’d love to hear them.
See you next week with more jobs from the field, the forest and maybe even the fjords.
